CONSIDERACIÓN INICIAL:
Para participar en el torneo, cada colegio deberá enviar los datos de los estudiantes inscritos, cumpliendo con los requisitos establecidos.
OBJETIVO:
El objetivo del torneo es promover el interés y la participación de los estudiantes en el ajedrez, fomentando el desarrollo de habilidades estratégicas y el espíritu deportivo.
PARTICIPANTES:
El torneo está abierto a estudiantes de los colegios SEK/IES. Cada colegio podrá inscribir tres jugadores principales y un suplente. Estos estudiantes pueden ser adicionales a los 10 estudiantes que asistirán presencialmente al InterSEK 2025, pero igualmente deben ser inscritos por el coordinador en forma y tiempo.
MODALIDAD:
El torneo se llevará a cabo en modalidad por equipos de manera on-line por la plataforma lichess.org, con partidas individuales en cada tablero. Las partidas son en la modalidad “rapid 10+5”
Se utilizará el sistema de desempates convencional de un torneo suizo por equipo por lichess para determinar la clasificación final.

REGLAMENTO DE PARTICIPACIÓN:
El torneo seguirá el reglamento establecido por la FIDE (Federación Internacional de Ajedrez) para garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de juego, los derechos y las responsabilidades de los jugadores y resolver cualquier disputa que pueda surgir durante el torneo. SISTEMA DE EVALUACIÓN:
Se utilizará el sistema de desempates convencional de lichess de un torneo suizo por equipo para determinar la clasificación final. Este sistema considerará los puntos obtenidos por los miembros que componen el equipo. En caso de darse otro empate la ronda se dará en la modalidad blitz 5+3, blitz 3+2 y bullet 2+1 sucesivamente.
SISTEMA DE PREMIACIÓN:
Los ganadores de los tres primeros lugares recibirán una medalla en reconocimiento a su esfuerzo y dedicación.
RECLAMOS Y SANCIONES:
Los alumnos serán descalificados de la competencia, si no respetan el tiempo de trabajo de los demás estudiantes, si entregan respuestas a otro, desconcentran a los demás, y así cualquier acto que atente contra la buena convivencia.
Además de indicar que debe mantener una actitud de respeto y compromiso. La actitud de los alumnos será supervisada por un conjunto de profesores y alumnos de otros niveles, para así velar por la buena convivencia y realización de la actividad. No se permite la interacción del participante con otras personas durante la partida, en caso de ocurrir esto, se penalizará según las reglas FIDE.
Junto con ello cualquier reclamo debe ser indicado a alguno de los supervisores presentes en forma inmediata, cualquier comentario realizado fuera de tiempo no será contemplado.
RÚBRICA:
La plataforma tiene su propio sistema de emparejamientos y puntaje. Una vez la plataforma los brinde se pasará el orden de las delegaciones según sus puntajes a la tabla general de puntuaciones del InterSEK 2025.

TOPIC: Recreational highschool chess tournament.

INITIAL CONSIDERATION:
To participate in the tournament, each school must submit the data of the registered students, complying with the established requirements.
OBJECTIVE:
The objective of the tournament is to promote the interest and participation of students in chess, improving the development of strategic skills and sportsmanship.
PARTICIPANTS:
The tournament is open to students from SEK/IES schools. Each school may register three main players and one substitute. These students can be in addition to the 10 students who will attend InterSEK 2025 in person, but must still be registered by the coordinator in form and time.
MODE:
The tournament will be held in team mode online through the lichess.org platform, with individual games on each board. The games are in «rapid 10+5» mode.
The conventional tie-break system of a Swiss team tournament by lichess will be used to determine the final classification.

The tournament will follow the regulations established by FIDE (International Chess Federation) to ensure compliance with the rules of the game, the rights and responsibilities of the players and resolve any dispute that may arise during the tournament. EVALUATION SYSTEM:
The conventional tie-break system of a Swiss team tournament by lichess will be used to determine the final classification. This system will consider the points obtained by the members that make up the team. In case of another tie, the round will be in blitz 5+3, blitz 3+2 and bullet 2+1 mode successively.
AWARD SYSTEM:
The top three winners will receive a medal in recognition of their effort and dedication.
CLAIMS AND SANCTIONS:
Students will be disqualified from the competition if they interfere with the games of other students, if they give answers to another, distract others, and thus any act that violates good coexistence.
In addition to that, students must maintain an attitude of respect and commitment. The attitude of the students will be supervised by a group of teachers and students from other levels, in order to ensure good coexistence and realization of the activity. Interactions of the participants with other people during the game is not allowed, if this occurs, it will be penalized according to the FIDE rules.
Along with this any claim must be indicated to one of the supervisors present immediately, any complaint made outside this time will not be considered.
RUBRIC:
The platform has its own system of pairings and scores. Once the platform provides them, the order of the delegations according to their scores will be passed to the general InterSEK 2025 score table.

PUNTAJE RANKING GLOBAL INTERSEK:
Las delegaciones serán ordenadas de acuerdo al lugar obtenido en ambas categorías, como resultado de ello, se sumarán los dos lugares obtenidos para la clasificación global de InterSEK, aquellos equipos que obtengan podios más altos puntuarán menos, por ende, quedarán más alto en el ranking final. Por ejemplo:
Un equipo (A) que obtenga el primer lugar en la carrera, y el tercer lugar en la categoría de diseño, tendrá 1°+3°= 4
Un equipo (B) que obtenga el segundo lugar en la carrera y el primer lugar en la categoría de diseño: 2°+1°= 3
El equipo B encabezaría el ranking global en esta competencia pues obtuvo mejores resultados.
En caso de empate se utilizará la distancia alcanzada en la primera etapa de competencia como desempate. Por ejemplo:
Un equipo (Z) que obtenga el cuarto lugar en la carrera (15m), y el tercer lugar en la categoría de diseño, 4°+3°= 7
Un equipo (Y) que obtenga el quinto lugar en la carrera (12m), y el segundo lugar en la categoría de diseño: 5°+2°= 7
Encabeza el equipo Z, pues aunque tienen los mismos puntos que el Y, alcanzaron mayor distancia en la primera etapa de competencia.
De esta forma se elaborará un ranking en el que se considere la totalidad de los equipos que compiten en ambas categorías, estableciendo las posiciones necesarias.

La actitud de los alumnos será supervisada por un conjunto de profesores y alumnos de otros niveles, para así velar por la buena convivencia y realización de la actividad. Junto con ello cualquier reclamo debe ser indicado a alguno de los árbitros presentes en forma inmediata, cualquier comentario realizado fuera de tiempo no será contemplado. Si un alumno no participante incomoda a los estudiantes en competencia se le indicará verbalmente que mantenga la compostura, silencio y respeto; si su actitud persiste se le consultará la delegación a la que pertenece y se procederá a descalificar a aquel alumno participante que pertenezca a la delegación en cuestión.

THEME: Create the vehicle that reaches the greatest distance using recyclable materials and also represents the culture of its country.

INITIAL CONSIDERATION: Participation in this contest is optional for delegations. The host school must provide materials for all participants. Students must compete for additional materials in a «Saving the Egg» elimination competition. Competitors must build their vehicles with the intention of creating the car that can reach the greatest distance and also represent the culture of their country.
OBJECTIVE: Design and manufacture the vehicle that can reach the greatest distance and is also visually representative of the culture of its country.
PARTICIPANTS: Each delegation must use only the materials provided. In the first phase, students must participate in a «Saving the Egg» competition to choose the additional materials and tools packages first. Participants must design their vehicle according to the resources obtained before the day of the competition. Competitors will have 1 hour to manufacture their vehicle. At all times, competing delegations will be under the supervision of an adult who will help them handle the tools. In the second stage of the competition, each vehicle must travel a track. The car that reaches the greatest distance will win that category. Each car will be evaluated by the competition judges. The vehicle that best represents the culture of its country will win that category, according to the rubric attached at the end.

RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTICIPATING DELEGATION:
PARTICIPATION RULES:
The three team participants must compete in a «Saving the Egg» contest, in which they must characterize themselves on three eggs and create a framework with the materials provided by the organization. The eggs must be placed in the structure, not wrapped in materials. They will have 30 minutes to create the necessary protection for the catapult launches. For the next stage, they will have 10 more minutes to make corrections before the manual launch stage. In the first stage, the eggs will be thrown twice from a catapult. In the second stage, two manual launches will be carried out by the same participants. At the end of the competitions, the teams will be ranked from first to last to determine the order in which they can select additional materials and equipment. Delegations that accumulate greater distances with their eggs safe will score more points.
The first place will choose the additional set first, and so on until the last. The «Saving the Egg» competition will last 1 hour and 45 minutes. Delegations will be accompanied by an assistant who will keep track of the distances achieved and the condition of the eggs. After the first competition, delegations will have the afternoon to prepare their vehicle design based on the materials and equipment they have received.
The next day, they will have 1 hour and 30 minutes to manufacture it and then enter the vehicle competition phase.
Students must operate the tools with caution and responsibility. Participants must seek support from the organizers for the operation of power tools.
DISQUALIFICATION CAUSES:
EVALUATION SYSTEM:
Saving the Egg: After 30 minutes of creating the structure, the «Egg» teams will be launched twice with a catapult and then, in a second stage, twice manually. Between the two stages, participants will have 10 minutes to make corrections to their design. Teams will earn 3 points per meter of distance as long as their three members are intact. If two eggs are safe after the impact, the team will earn two points for each meter advanced. If only one egg survives the impact, the team will earn one point per meter advanced. If no egg from the team survives the impact, the team will not score points and will be out of the competition. The distances achieved by the delegations will be marked and recorded by the competition assistant team. If there is a tie after the four rounds of launch, two with a catapult and two manually, an egg-holding spoon race will be held to determine the necessary places.
Wood car race: Competitors will have 1 hour and 30 minutes to create their vehicle. Then, the competition phase will begin. The manufactured vehicles must have minimum dimensions of 45cm in length and 25cm in width. Vehicles will be launched from a platform in randomly designated pairs through an electronic draw.
The point reached by each vehicle will be marked with a particular signal. The car that reaches the greatest distance will win the category. In case of a tie in distance, the tiebreaker criterion will be a simultaneous race between the tied participants. The car that reaches the greatest distance in this round will win the category.
First, second, and third places will be designated.
Vehicle design representative of the country: The jury will be composed of 5 teachers from different countries. It will be evaluated according to the evaluation rubric: «Wooden vehicle design rubric». If there is a tie in the design category, the tiebreaker criterion will be the distance obtained by the vehicles in the previous phase. First, second, and third places will be chosen.
AWARD SYSTEM: The top three winners will receive a medal in recognition of their effort and dedication.
INTERSEK GLOBAL RANKING POINTS: Delegations will be ranked according to the place obtained in both categories. As a result, the two places obtained will be added for the InterSEK global ranking. Those teams that achieve higher podiums will score fewer points and, therefore, will be higher in the final ranking. For example:

Students will be disqualified from the competition if they do not respect the working time and resources of other students, distract others, and engage in any act that threatens the good coexistence and safety of all participants. Additionally, they must maintain an attitude of respect and commitment. Student behavior will be supervised by a group of teachers and students from other levels to ensure good coexistence and the proper conduct of the activity. Any complaint must be reported immediately to one of the referees present. Comments made afterward will not be considered. If a non-participating student bothers competing students, they will be verbally warned to maintain composure, silence, and respect. If their attitude persists, their delegation will be consulted, and the participating student from that delegation will be disqualified.

CONSIDERACIÓN INICIAL:

Fomentar el pensamiento espacial, la creatividad, la resolución de problemas y el trabajo en equipo mediante la manipulación y construcción de figuras con el Cubo Soma.
PARTICIPANTES:
El desafío está abierto a estudiantes de los colegios SEK/IES. Cada colegio podrá inscribir un equipo conformado por cuatro integrantes.
MODALIDAD:
El torneo se llevará a cabo en modalidad por equipos de manera presencial.
La distribución de los duelos se realizará al azar y se conocerá hasta el inicio de la competencia
Se tendrá una lista de 10 figuras predeterminadas, en las cuales se deben emplear las 7 piezas del cubo.
En cada duelo, cada equipo y por turnos, deberá construir 5 figuras de las predeterminadas, según vayan apareciendo en la ruleta. (Se muestra un ejemplo de la ruleta a utilizar)
Los jueces, o colaboradores designados, deberán registrar el tiempo que tarda cada equipo en armar cada figura e ir anotando el mismo, para ser sumado al final de la partida.
El equipo ganador será aquel que acumule menor tiempo total. El tiempo máximo de construcción de cada figura es de 1 minuto. Si un equipo no logra armar una figura, se le registrará un tiempo de 1 minuto.
En caso de empate, el ganador será aquel que logre armar, de primero, una figura adicional, que no sería una de las 10 predeterminadas.

OBJECTIVE:
To promote spatial thinking, creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork through the manipulation and construction of figures with the Soma Cube.
PARTICIPANTS:
The challenge is open to students from SEK/IES schools. Each school may register a team consisting of four members.
FORMAT:
The tournament will be held in team mode in person. The distribution of duels will be done randomly and will be known only at the beginning of the competition
In each duel, each team must build 5 of the predetermined figures, as they appear on the wheel. (An example of the wheel to be used is shown)
The judges, or designated collaborators, must record the time it takes each team to build each figure and note it down, to be added up at the end of the match.
The winning team will be the one that accumulates the least total time. The maximum construction time for each figure is 1 minute. If a team fails to build a figure, a time of 1 minute will be recorded.
In case of a tie, the team that managed to build the figure in the shortest time would be the winner.

Los alumnos serán descalificados de la competencia, si no respetan el tiempo de trabajo de los demás estudiantes, desconcentran a los demás, y así cualquier acto que atente contra la buena convivencia. Además de indicar que debe mantener una actitud de respeto y compromiso.
La actitud de los alumnos será supervisada por un conjunto de profesores y alumnos de otros niveles, para así velar por la buena convivencia y realización de la actividad. Junto con ello cualquier reclamo debe ser indicado a alguno de los árbitros presentes en forma inmediata, cualquier comentario realizado fuera de tiempo no será contemplado.
En el caso de haber asistentes que no participen deben mantener silencio y distancia con los participantes, es así que si un alumno no participante incomoda a los estudiantes en competencia se le indicará verbalmente que mantenga la compostura, silencio y respeto; si su actitud persiste se le consultará la delegación a la que pertenece y se procederá a descalificar a aquel alumno participante que pertenezca a la delegación en cuestión.

INITIAL CONSIDERATION:
A dance competition will be held, divided into categories, to promote teamwork and the artistic development of students throughout the process.

All schools can participate, and participants should be between the ages of 12 and 16.
MODALITY:

SEK Costa Rica will provide sound equipment, audio, and lighting.
Each school may appoint a representative (who does not perform in the choreography) to assist the technical team with audio and sound.
If props are needed, they must be provided by the participating school.
Participants must bring their costumes, makeup, accessories, etc., according to their choreography.

The jury will consist of 3 professional dancers.
The jury will have an evaluation form, which each member must complete.
Each criterion will be scored, which will be key to selecting the winning groups.
The jury’s evaluation will be final and based on the following parameters:

The top three winners will receive a medal in recognition of their hard work and dedication.
COMPLAINTS AND SANCTIONS:
Students will be disqualified from the competition if they do not respect other students’ working time, distract others, or engage in any action that disrupts good coexistence. It is also expected that students maintain an attitude of respect and commitment.
The students’ behavior will be supervised by a group of teachers and students from other levels to ensure proper conduct and the success of the event. Any complaints must be submitted immediately to one of the referees present. Comments made after the time limit will not be considered.
Non-participating attendees must remain silent and keep their distance from the participants. If a non-participating student disturbs the competing students, they will be verbally asked to maintain composure, silence, and respect. If their behavior persists, the delegation they belong to will be asked, and the participating student from that delegation will be disqualified.

-Creatividad y síntesis: Diseñar elementos de una obra literaria basados en la combinación de las ideas de un libro existente con un contexto histórico investigado, empleando técnicas artísticas y de reciclaje.
-Habilidades de expresión oral: Presentar su diseño ante un jurado, justificando las decisiones creativas tomadas, evidenciando el manejo de la información investigada y la comprensión de las ideas más importantes de la obra literaria.

By the end of the competition, students should demonstrate:
-Mastery of prior knowledge: Reading and analyzing five literary works from different genres and exploring five key historical periods, identifying relevant events from each.
-Creativity and synthesis: Designing the synopsis of a literary work based on the combination of an existing book’s ideas with an investigated historical context, using artistic and recycling techniques.

The artistic face painting competition with the theme “My Country, My Nature” aims to promote the recognition and appreciation of the natural wealth of each country represented in our cultural INTERSEK. Participants must express the representative elements of the biodiversity of their homeland in a creative and respectful way (flora, fauna, and ecosystems) using the human face as a canvas.
OBJECTIVE:

Each team will consist of 2 members, one who will be the creator and one who will be the canvas, previously registered.
Only registered members may participate in the process of creating the work.

Face painting kit, which includes: color palette, 2 stencil textures, 2 professional sponges, set of brushes, sample of cosmetic glitter.
These materials will be supplied by the host school.
PARTICIPATION RULES:
Execution time:
– Participants will have a time limit of 2 hours to complete their design.
– A countdown will be indicated for the start and completion of the work.
Rules of coexistence:
– Participants must maintain an attitude of respect and cooperation with other contestants, models, and organizers.
– It is forbidden to copy designs from other competitors during the event.
Disqualifications:
– Use of materials that are not allowed or dangerous for the skin.
– Unsportsmanlike or disrespectful behavior.
– Failure to comply with the established time.
EVALUATION:

-Each participant will have a set of three photographs of their face painting taken: two side images and one front image. These photos will be uploaded to the official Instagram account of SEK International School Costa Rica.
Voting of the Countries Represented in INTERSEK Costa Rica 2025:
The principals of the participating schools, advised by their Visual Arts teachers, will cast their vote following the order of preference, assigning points as follows:
-10 points to the design that impresses them the most.
-9 points to the second most outstanding design.
-8 points to the third design, and so on until 1 point to the tenth design.
-It is important that each principal CANNOT vote for their own country’s design. That is, they may not assign points to the design submitted by their national delegation.
Maximum score per voter: 10 points.
Public Voting:
-Each participating institution must promote among its community (students, teachers, and parents) to vote for the designs posted on the SEK International School Costa Rica Instagram.
-The organizer of the event will determine a valid period of time for the public vote according to the time of development of INTERSEK.
-The design that receives the most “likes” in the publication of Instagram of SEK Costa Rica International School will be awarded with 10 points.
-Only the “likes” of the publications corresponding to each country in the official Instagram account of the organizing school will be counted.

Se pretende que los estudiantes demuestren sus habilidades musicales a través de una puesta en escena basada en la música pop. La idea es que los estudiantes sean capaces de ejecutar e interpretar con precisión, de manera afinada, cohesionada y en cumplimiento a los requisitos técnicos musicales. De esta forma, se espera que el producto musical puesto en escena sea coherente con estos requerimientos

Todas las delegaciones que tengan la capacidad de presentar un/una solista que interprete una canción del género pop utilizando para ello una pista o acompañándose a sí mismo con un instrumento musical de su elección.
MODALIDAD:
Los colegios tendrán que preparar una puesta en escena de solista para ser presentada en vivo, la que debe estar compuesta por voces, pista o instrumentos de acompañamiento. El tema musical debe tener una duración de 6 minutos máximo. OBJECTIVES:
The aim is for students to demonstrate their musical abilities through a staging based on pop music. The idea is for students to be able to perform and interpret accurately, in a tuned, cohesive manner and in compliance with the technical musical requirements. In this way, it is expected that the musical product put on stage is consistent with these requirements
PARTICIPANTS:
All delegations that have the capacity to present a soloist who interprets a song of the pop genre using a track or accompanying himself with a musical instrument of his choice.
MODALITY:

Hay una cantidad infinita de formas de construir un Sumo-Bot, y el lenguaje de programación permite a los jugadores idear y planificar diferentes estrategias tácticas de ataque y defensa. El desafío Sumo-Bot es una actividad divertida y atractiva que combina ingeniería, programación informática y tácticas.

PENALIZACIÓN Y DESCALIFICACIÓN:
Los alumnos deberán mantener una actitud de respeto y compromiso, en caso contrario, serán descalificados de la competencia, si no respetan el tiempo de trabajo de los demás estudiantes, si entregan respuestas a otro, desconcentran a los demás, o cualquier acto que atente contra la buena convivencia. La actitud de los alumnos será supervisada por un conjunto de profesores y estudiantes de otros niveles, para así velar por la buena convivencia y realización de la actividad.
Aunado a esto, cualquier reclamo debe ser indicado a alguno de los árbitros presentes en forma inmediata. Cualquier comentario realizado fuera de tiempo, no será contemplado. En el caso de haber asistentes, que no participen, deberán mantener silencio y distancia con los participantes, por lo que, si un alumno que no participa, incomoda a los estudiantes en competencia, se le indicará verbalmente que mantenga la compostura, silencio y respeto. ¿QUÉ ES MINECRAFT?
Minecraft es el videojuego más popular durante los últimos años en niños y adolescentes. Su principal objetivo es el desarrollo de habilidades de construcción y resolución de conflictos. En el juego, los jugadores exploran un mundo abierto, compuesto por bloques que pueden ser recogidos, colocados y modificados para crear estructuras, herramientas y objetos.
A pesar que el juego cuenta con varios modos de juego, para esta competencia se utilizará el modo “Creativo”, mismo que cuenta con acceso ilimitado a recursos, facilitando la construcción y exploración.
El “modo Creativo” es un entorno que ofrece una gran libertad para construir desde estructuras simples hasta complejas, como monumentos, paisajes, ciudades enteras o recreaciones de mundos reales. Los beneficios para los niños y adolescentes se pueden observar tanto en habilidades duras como blandas
Fomento de la creatividad y la imaginación
Al tener acceso a una variedad infinita de bloques, pueden diseñar y construir lo que deseen, lo que estimula la creatividad. Esto les permite visualizar conceptos abstractos y convertirlos en algo tangible dentro del juego.

Minecraft, en su modalidad multijugador, permite que varios jugadores trabajen juntos en un proyecto común. Esto los ayuda a desarrollar habilidades de cooperación, comunicación y trabajo en equipo, esenciales tanto en el contexto escolar como en la vida profesional futura.
Aprendizaje de conceptos básicos de ingeniería
Minecraft permite aprender principios básicos de ingeniería, como la física de la construcción (equilibrio, estabilidad) y el funcionamiento de mecanismos dentro del juego (por ejemplo, circuitos con redstone, que actúan como cables eléctricos). Esto puede despertar el interés por las STEM (ciencia, tecnología, ingeniería y matemáticas).
Expresión cultural y personal
Minecraft permite a los estudiantes recrear aspectos de su vida cotidiana, historias que conocen o incluso crear mundos completamente nuevos. Esto puede ser una vía de expresión cultural y personal, ya que pueden transmitir ideas, valores y emociones a través de sus creaciones.
Es esto último el objetivo principal de esta competencia, el poder representar mediante bloques esas maravillas arquitectónicas, culturas o naturales de cada delegación participante en un mismo mundo.
DESCRIPCIÓN:
Se habilitará un mundo compartido en donde cada delegación tendrá su parcela de creación. Dispondrán de 1 hora y media para poder diseñar y crear algún monumento o paisaje representativo de su país. La competencia se hace en formato creativo por lo que podrán disponer de todos los materiales que el juego facilita para la construcción.
Las dimensiones del lote asignado son de 28×28 bloques
La pareja de estudiantes de cada delegación trabajará en conjunto buscando diseñar con mayor exactitud la creación que represente su país. Además, contarán con un IPAD y acceso a internet para poder buscar imágenes o información que les permita realizar la creación de manera más acertada.

Minecraft has been the most popular video game among children and teenagers in recent years. Its main objective is to develop construction and problem-solving skills. In the game, players explore an open world made of blocks that can be collected, placed, and modified to create structures, tools, and objects.
Although the game features several modes, this competition will use «Creative Mode,» which grants unlimited access to resources, making construction and exploration easier.
«Creative Mode» offers great freedom to build anything, from simple structures to complex designs. These designs include monuments, landscapes, entire cities, or real-world recreations. The benefits for children and teenagers include both difficult and soft skills development:
This last point is the main goal of this competition: to represent architectural, cultural, or natural wonders of each participating delegation in a shared world, allowing recognition of diverse global heritage.
A shared world will be created where each delegation will have its own designated plot. Teams will have 1.5 hours to design and build a representative monument or landscape from their country. The competition will take place in Creative Mode, allowing full access to all materials available in the game.

CONSIDERACIÓN INICIAL:
Este concurso tiene como objetivo promover la creatividad culinaria y el uso del idioma inglés en un contexto práctico y culturalmente enriquecedor. A través de la gastronomía, buscamos que los participantes desarrollen habilidades en la elaboración de platos fríos, trabajando en equipo y aplicando técnicas de presentación atractivas. Todos los equipos deben cumplir con los lineamientos establecidos en el reglamento para asegurar una competencia justa, ética y de alta calidad.
Se recuerda a los participantes que este evento no solo valora la creatividad y la presentación, sino también el trabajo en equipo, la higiene, la organización y el uso adecuado de los ingredientes. Además, es esencial que todos los platos presentados sean originales, preparados exclusivamente por los estudiantes, y que las explicaciones sean claras y en inglés.

Through gastronomy, we seek to develop participants’ skills in preparing cold dishes, fostering teamwork, and applying attractive presentation techniques. All teams must adhere to the guidelines established in the regulations to ensure a fair, ethical, and high-quality competition.

The evaluation will be conducted by three judges, all professional chefs and gastronomy experts, who will grade teams using a detailed rubric. The final score will be the average of the judges’ ratings.
